“I enjoyed this workshop immensely. Having both Mike and you available for whatever reason – questions, technique, etc when needed was invaluable in itself, however, your enthusiasm, stories, etc. just made it that much more enjoyable (I’m not sure how enthusiastic I was about getting up at 3AM though). Selecting landscape and close-up locations to take advantage of the different lighting conditions gave the workshop that extra “value add” by allowing us to shoot images all day! I came away feeling that I had just spent a long weekend with some good friends who all shared a common interest in the outdoors and photography. I couldn’t’t have asked for more.
Thanks again,
JPeterDengel, Michigan

” I attended to learn new techniques in the awe-inspiring Columbia River Gorge, and this active outdoor shooting workshop exceeded my expectations. Jack Graham and Mike Moats were exceptional instructors, each offering unique perspectives on shooting in any outdoor environment”.

“I spent the money to learn more about nature photography and that’s exactly what I did. Additionally this is the first vacation I can remember where I did not spend anytime thinking about work. I never logged on to check my work e-mail once. That is a first”
Gordon Craig, Michigan

What an exceptional day of photography! I would recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a hands-on workshop to help grow their Macro photography knowledge and creativity. I really appreciated all the time and knowledge you shared last weekend in out Macro workshop. Learned a lot!

I wanted to let you know that my sister and I thought your workshop was excellent. I taught school for 32 years and I know it is not easy to teach to everyone in the group. You were easy to understand and covered all of the topics that most amateur photographers need to know. We liked the fact that you said, “This is what works for me” acknowledging that not all photographers need to do everything the same way in order to be successful. You have inspired us to go out and look for the perfect shot.
